Distribution Center - Offices, Breakrooms, Laboratory, Fabrication Room
This project was done in several phases over a 13 month period. DeConstruction of an Existing 10,000sq. ft. T.V Studio, furniture removal, multiple walls, ceilings, ductwork, electrical, stages communcation and server rooms. Build out office space, add labratory, fabrication room, upgraded electrical warehouse lighting, and epoxy flooring to name a few of the attributes performed.
Real Estate Office
This was a 2000 sq.ft Tenant Improvement Remodel. It included wall and floor demolition of existing restroom, adding a new ADA restroom, new cabinets and countertops for breakroom,new paint and flooring thruout.
Restaurant Renovation
This is what it looks like after a mold remediation contractor is done, prior to us commencing work. We resumed the demolition and total new build out of the kitchen space, hallway new ADA restrooms, including a new Kitchen hood and all associatted ductwork and make up air units, ceramic tile, new serving area and order counter.
